The most important changes are as follows:
- Customer reference numbers are changing
You will find your new customer reference number on your June invoice. If you require the number before then, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can still use your old customer reference number when placing orders in May.
- Product numbers are changing
The majority of our product numbers will be different in the new system.Using the search facility which can be found here (in Finnish) you can search for product numbers both old and new.
- Additional services provided by drivers
From this point on, all additional services carried out by the driver must be requested in advance, when placing orders for gas, as such services cannot be added to the order during delivery. So in future, make sure you remember attachment and transferral services when placing orders for gas.
Disruption to cylinder supply on Friday 1 June 2018
Due to the system replacement, there will be a disruption to our cylinder supply on 1 June 2018. The gas supply to customers will resume on Monday 4 June 2018. AGA agents will operate as usual.
ACCURA and Weborder closed 1 – 3 June
Due to the system replacement, both ACCURA and Weborder will be closed on Friday 1 June 2018 at 13.00 and opened again on Monday 4 June 2018 at 8.00.
Our customer service may be overburdened
While the system is being replaced, access to our customer service unit may be limited.
Order gas in good time using our order templates
In order for gas to be delivered by Monday 4 June 2018, orders must be placed no later than 12.00 on Thursday 31 May 2018 (11.00 for propane).
